On the 21st,it was learned from CNOOC Tianjin Branch that the daily crude oil production of the oilfield group in the western Bohai region of China exceeded 10000 tons,reaching a historic high.
It is understood that the oil field cluster in the western region of Bohai Sea is located in the central and western waters of Bohai Sea,with 9 oil and gas fields and 1 onshore oil and gas processing terminal under its jurisdiction.It shoulders the heavy responsibility of oil and gas production,processing,export,and supply guarantee,and is one of the important oil and gas production bases of Bohai Oilfield,the largest crude oil production base in China.
Since 2024,the oil field cluster in the western region of Bohai has focused on stabilizing old oil fields,accelerating new oil fields,expanding low edge viscosity,and strengthening natural gas production capacity,in order to enhance the supply guarantee capacity of oil and gas products.
It is reported that in the face of a series of development difficulties such as the rapid decline rate of the main oilfield,the rapid increase in water content caused by one-way water injection in narrow channel sand bodies,and the low production capacity of single wells in low-permeability blocks,technical personnel have anchored scientific research goals,and carried out three-dimensional potential tapping from various aspects such as breaking regional bottlenecks,continuously adding new wells,increasing the speed and efficiency of new wells,tapping the potential of by-products,and optimizing oil recovery speed,achieving a rapid increase in regional oil and gas production capacity.
The relevant person in charge introduced that in the next step,the Bohai Western Region Oilfield Group will focus on fine management,water control and stable oil production,accelerate the development of new wells,break through bottlenecks and release production capacity,and achieve greater breakthroughs in high-quality promotion of storage and production increase.
